Refund policy
Plastec Ventilation, Inc. works hard to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your location. Merchandise can be returned by filling out our Return Authorization Form or by contacting us directly at (941) 751-7596.
General Manufacturer Warranty. Plastec Ventilation, Inc. warrants its equipment, products, and parts, to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service for two years after delivery to the first user. Motors carry a one-year warranty.

Returns of non-defective goods. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery date. Upon receipt, we will examine the return item and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price to your original method of payment. A 25% restocking fee applies to items being returned due to ordering errors or return shipment.
To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:
1. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition.
2. The product must be free from damages, scratches and/or defects.
3. All merchandise must not have been installed.
4. You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials).
5. All free or gift items including accessories must be included with your return.
6. Packages must be sent back by the customer via a traceable shipping or freight source.
7. All freight bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers (If you are unsure which method your products should return via please contact us).
All items must be returned with their assigned return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse.

Exchanges. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should return the item in the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Upon receipt, we will examine the returned item and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange.

Shipping. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
